Purn Gyan Mudra

The mudra of Lord Buddha.

Procedure:
  1. Sit cross-legged.
  2. Keep both hands in 'Gyan Mudra' Posture.
  3. Now keep right hand near chest region.
  4. Keep left hand near knee region.

Benefits:
  1. Clears the aura in the subtle astral body
  2. Causes electrical changes in the electromagnetic activity of the brain leading to increased clarity and understanding
  3. Improves memory to a great extent
  4. Soothes irritable temperaments
  5. Bestows intelligence and wisdom
