Dhyana Mudra

Dhyana connotes meditation in Sanskrit. This mudra is assumed during meditation.

Procedure:
  1. Sit cross-legged.
  2. Place hands in Gyan Mudra, on your lap.
  3. Right palm should be resting above left palm in Gyan mudra Sit cross-legged.

Benefits:
  1. This mudra increases the ability to focus.
  2. Dhyana Mudra is the mudra of meditation and concentration.
  3. Makes you tremendously peaceful and tranquil.
  4. Cures depression and other mental ailments.
  5. Practitioner can experience the final state of eternal yogic bliss
